
"Pale-mid gold. Floral tones, over delicate apple, white peach and subtle nutty almond. Some smoky and ‘saline’ aromatic notes. Saline, spiced and smoky entry to the palate, with melon, pear and ripe, red apple. Bright acidity with a hint of sweetness – perhaps a couple of grams of sugar. Nutty, spicy finish with a firmness of structure. Long and harmonious. Can be approached now, but has the stuffing to age well."
